Caffeine and Oolong Tea

This is a very interesting questions for the people who likes tea . is it Oolong tea contain caffeine ? Yes.. but how much ? and is it dangerous ? For me.. I think if not too much . it is okay. because lots of drinking have caffeine too.

I searching on the web and found  that it said "  oolong tea has less caffeine than coffee and black tea. A cup of oolong tea only has about 1/3 of caffeine of a cup of coffee."

But we can have lots of benefits if drinking Oolong tea.. it said that

Platinum Plated Beautiful Shining Ring

 

How do you think about this ring ? is it nice ? For me. I like it very much . the shining of the stone is very beautiful and the material of the ring . is platinum plated over silver sterling 925.

After selling woman accessories for  years , I realised that it is very nice for us to buy platinum plated jewels , it is not expensive . just a higher price if we compare with that others  imitation jewels , but the quality more much better.

 

Multy Gemstone Bracelets

This is my bracelet. the material is from China crystal , silver sterling 925 plated . I wear it few times. when I am hanging out with friends. It is nice because of many colour that we can easily match it with our clothes.
For my opinion. this is a charming bracelets. not so big but seems simple and nice. I also sell it at my on line store.

Great Nice Bridge

Have you seen the picture beside this ? How about you say ? For me.. I said. it is a beauty bridge . I took this few years ago when I was travelling to Malaysia , Kuala Lumpur.
But I was forget. until this evening I open again my travelling pictures at my laptop , and I found it.

Nice Feeling

I am happy when I log in my account today and start to check my PageRank.. It is very important when I was active blogging few years ago.. But now ,not so important ... but I am still happy if I can get PageRank from google.. and I check I have PageRank 1 .

It means that my blog is still okay.. hehehe.. is it ? The most happy in my life. is I can blogging.. can do my hobby.. it is cooking , and can earn money. from my online shop. Which I am doing all with a pleasure and great feeling... it is call nice of my life.
