Natural Detox

Have you heard about detox? Well, what I want to blog this time is a natural detox. It means consuming liquids and food provided by the generous earth to force out toxins or lose weight. This includes vegetables, fruits, fibers and water.
Always keep water everyday. Water bottles are very adaptable , always carry a larger water bottle. It recommended drink 8 glasses of water every day , water is a good natural detox to our body.
