Look at this picture, I love it, especially for this time, hmmm, hot weather in my city. It will be so great if I taste it. I found it at Yahoo recipe. It is my favorite page, if I feel like to eat something. And it is so simple cooking.
1 1/4 cups orange juice, preferably calcium-fortified
1 1/4 cups frozen berries, such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or strawberries
1/2 cup low-fat silken tofu or low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda Granular (optional)
1.Combine orange juice, banana, berries, tofu (or yogurt) and sugar (or Splenda), if using, in a blender; cover and blend until creamy. Serve immediately.
Yield: 3 servings

Today I start to blog again, new year just passed. It is nice to have new year celebration with my family. Happy new year 2010 and for our chinese new year for this year is at 14 th February hehehe. It is valentine days too, so this year I will celebrate two things in one day, I think it will be a very great day.
