Cinderella Glasses Slipper


Last two weeks I bought a Cinderella glasses slipper , it is so great. I found it on sale at shopping mall. I bought it and I have two options , first... I will wear it at party and second... I will sell it at EBay on line.

But I still don't get which decision should I get, so now it is at my cupboard. I never wear glasses slipper, but this is so nice to see. You can see it too at here.

RED BELL PEPPERS


Any of you know this red bell peppers ? I think yes...right. I like ti very much, it is not very spicy for me as an Indonesian people. It is more sweet than spicy. It tasted very nice when you cook , stir fry it with other vegetables.

Today I see at Yahoo health new that this red bell peppers gives us more vitamin C than any other fruit or vegetables. I think it is a good news for people who like to eat this vegetables .

Chicken Soup

Today weather not so good, all day is raining. Yeah, it is almost end of the year , November and for us , it is coming the rainy season. Sometimes it is nice too, to see the the cool weather, but for people who have to go out every day may be not too nice.
I cook a chicken soup today, it feel great . I like to drink soup and for the rainy season it better great for me, cause I can drink hot warm soup while looking at the out side view.

Blogging And Selling

I love blogging , and now I have three blogspot and one domain website . But since I am interesting in EBay too , it makes my blogging a little not continuously hehehe. It is so exciting looking at that online shopping site. And I had bought a few items too...so far it is nice too.
But I think , I can sell online too at there. But now I am not ready what to sell it yet. I will learning it more if I want to do selling, cause it more easy buy than sell, right hahahaha.

I have post a lot of healthy post, but I never post about water. What I mean here is drinking water the water that we drink it everyday. It is very important for our body. We can not say do not like drink water, although the water is no taste , no sweet but we need it very much. We need it at least 8 glass a day, it is what they say usually.
It also say that Water is a vital beverage for good health. Each and every cell needs water to perform its essential functions. Since studies show that tap water is filled with contaminants, antibiotics, and a number of other unhealthy substances, consider investing in a quality carbon-based filter for your tap water.

Have you heard about detox? Well, what I want to blog this time is a natural detox. It means consuming liquids and food provided by the generous earth to force out toxins or lose weight. This includes vegetables, fruits, fibers and water.

Rice stick

Do you like to eat rice stick. It is a Chinese famous menu , I like it very much. The serving is like fried rice too, but the main food is rice stick. We can add eggs, chili and vegetables as we like. Today I also cook rice stick. I made it vegetarian so I only put eggs, vegetables in it. But you can add sea food if you like.

Tonight the weather is nice , not hot and winds blow slowly. I like this weather and do not need to switch on the air con. I open the email and read other's blog at the entrecard. It is so nice to reading blogs. I make Chinese oolong tea to drink. It is Chinese tea , but oolong tea is half fermented tea. If the tea is not fermented , it called green tea , half is oolong tea and full fermented is black tea. Each of these tea have their special favour, you should try to drink it. All is very good for our health.

I read an article said that study published in “ Archives of Internal Medicine “. It found that, women who like to eat the most red and processed meat were likely to have heart disease,breast cancer and die sooner.
The report says that 23,276 women died. They consumption ranged is less than one ounce a day, to high four ounces a day. Processed meat eat about from at most once in a week to average one and half ounces a day. More than half million women can be saved if less eating red and processed meats.
So I think we should to eat more vegetables and fruits to prevent these diseased, to make a healthy living way.
