How to prevent from breast cancer

I read an article said that study published in “ Archives of Internal Medicine “. It found that, women who like to eat the most red and processed meat were likely to have heart disease,breast cancer and die sooner.
The report says that 23,276 women died. They consumption ranged is less than one ounce a day, to high four ounces a day. Processed meat eat about from at most once in a week to average one and half ounces a day. More than half million women can be saved if less eating red and processed meats.
So I think we should to eat more vegetables and fruits to prevent these diseased, to make a healthy living way.
