Fresh Drinking Water

I have post a lot of healthy post, but I never post about water. What I mean here is drinking water the water that we drink it everyday. It is very important for our body. We can not say do not like drink water, although the water is no taste , no sweet but we need it very much. We need it at least 8 glass a day, it is what they say usually.
It also say that Water is a vital beverage for good health. Each and every cell needs water to perform its essential functions. Since studies show that tap water is filled with contaminants, antibiotics, and a number of other unhealthy substances, consider investing in a quality carbon-based filter for your tap water.
